After her graduation at the International Munich Art Lab (IMAL) in 2015 she moved to London, where she studied acting at various institutions and specialised in physical theatre.
Theresa starred in several plays, which were premiered in venues, like the National Portrait Gallery and at Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Recently she performed in Plantage Dachau at SPIELART Festival 2023.
In 2017, together with Felizitas Hoffmann and Natalia Jobe she co-founded the interdisciplinary art collective Hybris. Their female gaze explores issues like digital injustice and gender bias. Their work has been shown in international galleries.
Hybris is currently working on a media art project called fake it till you break it, which explores how deepfakes contribute to image-based sexual violence. This project is supported by the scholarship “Medienkunst der Hochschule für Fernsehen und Film München, ermöglicht durch die Kirch Stiftung und Frau Regina Hesselberger”.
Theresa is currently working on her own TV format which is supported by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts.
