She graduated from the International Munich Art Lab (IMAL) in 2015 and subsequently moved to London, where she trained at various institutions and specialised in physical theatre. Since then, she has appeared in several productions that premiered at venues such as the National Portrait Gallery and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.In 2023, Theresa performed in Plantage Dachau at the SPIELART Festival.
In 2017, she co-founded the interdisciplinary art collective Hybris together with Felizitas Hoffmann and Natalia Jobe. With a distinctly female gaze, the collective explores themes such as digital injustice and gender bias, and its work has been presented in international galleries. In 2023, Hybris received the media art scholarship of the Kirch Stiftung, during which they developed the media art project fake it till you break it, investigating how deepfakes contribute to image-based sexual violence.Their latest Hybris work Ich lag noch nie so gut was shown at Platform Munich and nominated for the 6th VIDEODOX Award 2025.
In 2025, Theresa played Gemma in the weight of the moon, which was a finalist for the Student Academy Awards. She has also received several awards, including Best Experimental Film – The Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship Award at the Euroshorts International Competition in Warsaw (2023) and the VIDEO-ART-AWARD at the Fünf Seen Festival (2025).
She is currently developing her own TV format, supported by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts.
